So i suck at exercising.
However, lately I have been FORCING myself and guess what!? It's been 5 straight days now that I have worked out and I am still going strong.
It's actually not too bad. I am learning to like it.
But if you have any ideas on how to motivate myself or any amazing gym playlists, feel free to let me know.
Thank God for all the inspirational "hot bod" pictures on Pinterest. I seriously stare at those while I run. Call me lame.

I have heard that if you force yourself to stick with something for 30 days then it becomes habit. Day. Five. that's all I have to say.
