Small Girls Lately.

My post as seen on the Small Girls PR blog:

Porto, to bring. Velo, referring to travel.
Love, rearrangement of velo.
Portovelo: Bringing adventure and love.
What better way to travel than with shoes made up of adventure and love?
We Small Girls do a lot of traveling, and we needed the perfect spring sneakers to handle our quick trips and sassy style. That’s where our friends (and new client!) Portovelo comes in-
After searching the world (all 7 continents) the makers of Portovelo created the perfect travel shoe. Good for your feet and your style. These cute little slippers have more to them than meets the eye though- with their “Miles to Meals, one step at a time” philanthropy program, Portovelo provides 15 meals to hungry children in need with every purchase of shoes.
The Santorini White, Chealsea Red, London Slate and Pacific Blue harken some of the great places one can travel to- but don’t let your feet or imagination stop you there.
We’re excited to have taken these shoes to LA and Miami and soon to Morocco, Vegas, and Vienna. Woo!
Anyone traveling anywhere exciting this summer?

Also, Some more fun and exciting news from the world of SG -

Looking for a good summer read? We know the perfect book to inspire your beach bod diet and fill your chick lit fix.

The tale of a vegan chef who falls for a meat loving steakhouse restaurateur. Can you say complicated? Watch as the blacklisted sous chef builds and empire out of her healthy living lifestyle all while tangled in a web of boyfriend drama.
Author Kim Barnouin’s first novel, Skinny Bitch in Love, was released TODAY from Simon & Schuster. The publishing house is a client of ours and since Skinny Bitch focuses on independent women cutting the crap out of their lives, it’s no wonder it’s Small Girls approved.

Check it out and let us know what you think. Happy reading!

  1. I read Skinny Bitch years ago when I cut meat out of my diet. It was witty, funny and so informative. I'll have to check this one out too!
Also, forget PR, you should be a model.
